Chef Jovan Rodriguez
Jovan is a private chef servicing clients throughout North Carolina, creating elevated, personalized dining experiences rooted in culture, connection, and creativity. Raised in a Latino household where food was central to daily life and celebration, Jovan learned early that food is more than nourishment—it is a universal language that brings people together. All of the best laughs always revolved around the delicious food being served and the wine being poured.
His culinary journey truly began in 2020, when he discovered a deep passion for cooking through preparing meals for friends and family. In 2022, while graduating from the University of Central Florida, Jovan made the decision to pursue the culinary industry full time. What started as a passion quickly became a lifelong pursuit of excellence. His first restaurant was Sixty Vines in Orlando, FL. That restaurant was the restaurant that started his journey, helping him find another love along the way - Wine. Wine has always been served alongside meals for as long as he can remember. It was not until working in the restaurant that Jovan learned the significance of Wine.

This discovery led Jovan down a rabbit hole of learning everything he could about wine. He met many knowledgeable Sommeliers working at the restaurant and completely immersed himself in learning. Working alongside professionals everyday, Jovan decided to purse Sommelier exams and certifications, resulting in him becoming a Level 2 Sommelier. What started as a curiosity, led him to wanting to create experiences tailored around his love for food & wine.
Today, his mission is to turn every meal into an experience—one that is thoughtful, memorable, and best enjoyed with great company. Jovan is honored to do what he loves while creating meaningful moments for others.
